WELCOME TO THE 2022 MIBC
Countdown started and we are happy to see you back and meet new dancers.
2022 MIBC SCHEDULE ( SUBJECT TO CHANGE )
Competition will take place at the:
Julius Littman North Miami Beach Theater

Masterclasses and Studio Rental will take Place at
Arts Ballet Theatre of Florida Studios
15939 Biscayne Boulevard - North Miami Beach, FL 33160
All competition rounds, opening ceremony, closing ceremony and gala
are free and open to the public.
All times and schedules are subject to change.
Important Reminders:

Masks are required at all times except at time of performance. (It is a personal choice when competing. However, by the wings and common areas everyone must wear a mask.)

As of today, proof of COVID Negative test is suggested (subject to change to required) before entering the studio and/or the theater: Dancers, Coachers, Teachers, and Audience. You can voluntarily show your vaccination card instead.

No food or drinks are allowed inside the studios or theater, only water.

Participants must bring their own water bottle – There is a water bottle dispenser to refill at the Arts Ballet Studios.

No flash photography or videography is allowed during the competition time. You already paid for your photos and videos. Contact Pattyphoto@aol.com (Photos) or Ochoabeat@gmail.com (Video) for further information.

Ensemble dancers must reserve their spot to enter a Masterclass.

Competition Schedule is subject to change at any time.

Only one coach per school is allowed to accompany the participant during space and competition time at the theater. Let's keep everyone healthy, please.

Participants should arrive with make-up and hair done. You can change into your costume at your arrival.

Participants numbers and divisions group will be announced during the opening ceremony on Wednesday January 19 at the Julius Littman Theater.

Your presence is required to receive your package and identification.
During Masterclasses:
Let's keep the risk low. Wear your mask at all times.

Participants will come directly to the rooms through the outside doors and not through the reception area. (Only for Studio 2) - NO COACHES OR GUESTS ALLOWED.

Participants will have a pre-assigned area to place their belongings inside the studios.

Due to Covid restrictions visiting coaches, teachers and parents are not allowed in. For some classes, a zoom link will be sent to observe.

All participants must arrive with their masks on and keep it on during class while maintaining social distance at all times even while dancing.

Once the class is over all students must leave the studios. Respect the times of others. Thank you.

Parking is free. Please, do not stand by in between lines while in your car.

Find a place to park and walk to the front of the studios.

We do not want to disturb the plaza's business neighbors during these exciting 5 days.

Note: Classes are not mandatory to attend. However, jury and faculty members may be watching in order to offer scholarships or job offers. Besides, it is always a great opportunity to take classes with our internationally recognized faculty. Classes are free of charge for all registered individual participants.

Keep your surrounding areas and bathrooms clean at all times and check after yourself upon leaving the premises. Let us know if there is any problems by contacting us via email. info@miamiibc.org

Respect, kindness and professionalism are strongly encouraged. If you have any questions, we invite you to email us or approach one of the staff members for information. Any misbehavior from any coach, parent or dancer will only affect the competitor and may result in the disqualification of the competitor.
